Terminology used in this document

We use the following terms in this document

"We," "our," or "us" represent VecApp Inc.
"Visitor" is an individual who browses our Site without registering.
The “Organization” (i.e. the Church or organization using VecApp) is our “Customer"
The “Super Admin” is an individual, acting on behalf of the Organization, having full authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the Organization, that registers with the Service. Or, the individual thereafter appointed by the Organization as “Super Admin.”
The “User” is an individual, acting on behalf of the Organization, granted access to the Service by the Super Admin or User holding permission to add additional User access.
Our "Service" represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our Website to our Members.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website are collectively known as our "Content".

Commitments

Acknowledgment:

By using our Site, you acknowledge and comply with these TOS. If these terms are unacceptable, refrain from using the Site or discontinue its use.

Updates:

VecApp reserves the right to amend these TOS without prior notification. Always review the latest TOS version on our Site. Continued use post any changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Financial Responsibilities

VecApp does not bear responsibility for scenarios such as fraud, online donations, or text-based contributions.

Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionalities of the Site are VecApp Inc's sole property and are safeguarded by international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any part of our Site is prohibited. Using our platforms doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you.

Termination

VecApp can terminate your access without prior notice. This could result in the loss of your associated data. However, clauses intended to remain effective post- termination will continue to be in force.

Jurisdiction

This TOS, including any associated policies or rules, will be interpreted according to Texas, USA laws.

Legal Compliance

Users must adhere to all relevant local and international laws when using our Site. VecApp can report any unlawful activities and share necessary user data with law enforcement or other entities as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disputes

In case of a conflict within the Organization or between Super Admin and User, the Organization must resolve it and provide VecApp with written directions from its Chief Executive. Services might be suspended during such conflicts.

General Provisions

These TOS are governed by Texas laws. Users agree to Texas courts' jurisdiction for any disputes. Any claim related to our site should be filed within one year from the event date. If any TOS part is declared invalid, it won't affect the remaining terms. Our failure to enforce any TOS provision doesn't constitute a waiver. VecApp's rights under these TOS persist even after the TOS's termination.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VecApp, Inc. and its employees, officers, directors and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from: your breach of these Terms of Service, your breach of representations and warranties made in these Terms of Service, your violation of any other person's intellectual property, your conduct (including but not limited to violations of the law), and your use of VecApp. The Customer specifically agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VecApp Inc. and its employees, officers and directors from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from the actions or inactions of Customer and its Organization Administrators, Authorized Users, and Individuals.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS messages, VecApp EMS may send you transactional and informational text messages related to your account and event participation. Types of messages may include:

Event registration confirmations
Reminders and schedule or location updates
Check-in alerts
One-time verification codes for login or account verification

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and event participation. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@vec-app.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

SMS Opt-In Data Protection

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
